Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cr Magnetics CR4395-EL-120-330-A-NC-ELR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ctc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ctc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ctc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ctc such as the CSA5201RS232DB25TS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CTCAccess4000Series500Master manufactured by Ctc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ctc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CTC2716D by Manufacturer Ctc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Curtis Brand 9333D24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crouzet such as 81506920 equipment made by Crouzet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crouzet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crouzet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10316H155A made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular RS14 original spares produced by Introl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 920180404 by Cutler-Hammer and 81506920 spares by Crouzet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC96 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Creonics.
